Dr. Jerrod Wright and Dr. Wade Parkhill are some of the most skilled and seasoned Chiropractors in the Southlake area. 180 Wellness offers many chiropractic services for both functional and structural issues such as pain management, weight loss programs, and sports therapy. Chiropractor Jerrod Wright D.C.
Dr. Wright is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic (DC) and Southwest Texas State University (BS) He opened his practice here in Southlake in 1996 and has enjoyed great success helping people of all ages.
Dr. Jerrod Wright currently serves as team chiropractor to the Texas Rangers. Helping athletes and people perform at their highest potential has always been his goal.
Dr. Wright and his wife, Jerri, have been happily married for over 18 years and are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. He and his family worship at Gateway Church in Southlake Texas.

Chiropractor Wade Parkhill D.C.
Dr. Parkhill is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic. He did his undergraduate study at Southwest Texas State University and received his Bachelors degree in Anatomy from Parker College of Chiropractic.
Dr Parkhill is a second generation chiropractor who entered the field after watching his father change lives in the HEB area for many years. He specialty is in adult health, including Headaches and Carpal Tunnel.
He uses his motto, “Procrastination is the thief of health,” in speaking engagements and lectures all over the Metroplex. 180 Wellness is a direct result of his passion to see families healed and set free.
Dr. Parkhill enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter, reading and traveling, and church related activities at Hillside Community Church in Keller Texas.
Chiropractor Matt Otteman D.C.
Matt Otteman attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he played baseball all 4 years and won the BG Wilson Award for Student-Athlete of the Year. He then went on to be a Pitcher in the Seattle Mariners Organization. After winning the Arizona League Championship and attending Spring Training, he decided to finish school with a Pre-Physical Therapy degree (Exercise Science.) He was an intern with the Texas Rangers Physical Therapy staff during his last year of school. After graduating, he became a Sports Performance Specialist Intern with Athletes' Performance in California, where he worked with a number of professional athletes in different arenas, including MLB Pre-Spring Training, NFL Combine, NFL Veterans, as well as Professional Golf and Soccer Players. After his time in Los Angeles, he moved to New York City and was a Sports Performance Specialist, working with numerous athletes in various sports, while also coaching an elite travel baseball team. Since moving back to Dallas, he completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University, graduating Cum Laude, and continues to coach Select baseball. Matt and his wife, Emily, live in Lewisville and attend Watermark Church. They enjoy golfing and spending time outdoors with their two dogs, Jeter and Chipper.
Chiropractor Dana Snell D.C.
Dr. Dana Snell is an avid runner and enjoys participating in triathlons and half-marathons. She loves spending time with her family, two children and yellow lab. Dr. Snell earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin in 2002, graduating with honors. She completed an undergraduate thesis on malnutrition in Central America on children under the age of five, and completed most of her research living and traveling in Central America.
She went on to earn her doctorate degree from Parker College of Chiropractic a few years later and is now a licensed Chiropractor and Personal Trainer. She is FULL-BODY certified in the Active Release Technique as well as certified in Nerve Entrapment.
She is currently one of the ONLY Female FULL-BODY certified ART Providers in all of Tarrant county. She is currently working towards her ART Elite certification as well as working towards her MS in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Snell has taken post graduate hours in kinesio-taping and sports medicine.
Chiropractor Jacqueline Botts D.C.
Dr. Jacqueline Botts graduated magna cum laude from Parker University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She is a Full-Body Certified Active Release Technique provider and is passionate about helping people through this technique. In addition, Dr. Botts is Nerve Entrapment certified and she and Dr. Snell are among a small group of practitioners with this specialty. Prior to starting her chiropractic journey, Dr. Botts completed her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma with honors.
Dr. Botts was born and raised in Dallas. She discovered the healing power of chiropractic and Active Release Technique (ART) after tearing her ACL in high school playing powder puff football. After surgery, she continued to have pain in her knee and decided to seek the help of a chiropractor. She experienced significant pain relief and decided to switch her focus from physical therapy to chiropractic as a result. Dr. Botts now prefers to watch football and is a huge Cowboys, Vikings and Sooners fan. In her free time, Dr. Botts loves spending time with her family, friends and two dogs, Tex and Dakota. She is an AVCA certified Animal Chiropractor and loves all animals! Dr. Botts is a member of Gateway church. Come in and meet her!
Krista Woods - Operations Manager
Krista has been with the team since 2005. She loves what she does and feels blessed to help & touch so many lives daily! Krista has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2005 and they have 3 beautiful kids Chase, Taylor & Peyton. On the weekends you will most likely find her family either at a sporting event or on the lake. Krista and her family attend Keystone church in keller.
I feel blessed to be apart of making a difference in so many lives on a daily basis. I love what I do and find joy in each day at 180. At home with my beautiful family of 3, we enjoy time together playing board games, singing silly songs, and dancing around the kitchen. We attend Cross Timbers in Argyle on the weekends when we aren't spending time with friends and grandparents.
