I have been so blessed to have a job that I love to come to everyday! It is an amazing opportunity to get to be part of a team that helps so many people achieve their health and wellness goals.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with my amazing Husband (David) friends and family, or high school students. I am a Younglife leader at L.D. Bell and absolutely adore my sweet high school friends! We attend 121 Community Church in Grapevine. I also have a puppy (Oakley) who keeps me entertained constantly.

I look forward to meeting you and your family. Welcome to the 180
Wellness family.

CA of Tomorrow

The first thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love my job. I am passionate about finding out who people are and what they are about.
Each person has so much to offer, so I want to make sure I don’t miss anything!

When I’m not in the office, you will probably find me playing with my fur-babies (2 dogs- Bossman and Diamond), watching movies with my husband (Caleb) or just hanging out with my friends. I live in Keller and am a member at Milestone Church.

“I am truly blessed to be apart of such a great cause. I look forward to seeing you in the office. Please let me know how I can best support you as you become an addition to our extended 180 Wellness Family.”
